Congratulations for the 4th Session of the first board meeting
On April 6, 2005, the 4th Session of the first Boyuan Board meeting was held at Xi’an Jiao Tong University Science Park. Annual work report and financial accounts of 2004, work plan and financial budget of 2005 was reviewed and confirmed. The board affirmed management active, diligent attitude and their exploitation via technical advantages. The management team achieved remarkable performance in flexible management, new product development and strong ability to market orientation, further improving Boyuan’s fame in the industry and recognition in the public. Under successful leadership, Boyuan accomplished and exceeded budget 2004 set in early 2004 and laid a firmer foundation for business development 2005.
